IRELAND* We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our
client, a hotel in County Wicklow. You will ensure maximum guest
satisfaction through the effective operation of the Hotels Restaurant
in accordance with company policies and annual budgets, targets and
objectives. This position would be suitable for someone who has been a
head waiter or restaurant supervisor in a hotel for the last 2/3yrs,
